الگو:جعبه اطلاعات آرایه زیستی/توضیحات

این الگو جدولی مربوط به طبقه‌بندی جانداران در نوشتارها ایجاد می‌کند. این الگو پارامترهای زیادی دارد اما از همهٔ آن‌ها به کار نمی‌روند. برابرهای فارسی به کار رفته در این الگو — تا حد امکان — مطابق آن‌چه در مقالهٔ طبقه آرایه‌شناختی و مقاله‌های دیگر ویکی‌پدیای فارسی یا منابع معتبر آمده‌است، گزیده شده‌اند.

استفاده

در زیر تمام پارامترهای این الگو آورده شده‌است. الگو با پارامترهای الگوی انگلیسی هم کار می‌کند. یعنی اگر مقاله‌ای را ویکی‌پدیای انگلیسی می‌آورید، همان الگوی آنجا را کپی کنید و فقط ورودی‌ها را دستکاری کنید و نیازی به ترجمه‌کردن نام پارامترها نیست.

پارامتر |رنگ= در حالت عادی نباید به کار رود؛ زیرا رنگ درخور به طور خودکار با توجه به آنچه در پارامتر |فرمانرو= وارد می‌شود، برگزیده می‌شود.

پی‌نوشت‌ها

۱. یک ردهٔ معتبر از «فهرست سرخ IUCN» نیست.

۲. به کاربردن | وضعیت = سنگواره با وجود | دوره سنگواره = آغاز-پایان نامناسب و ناپسند قلمداد می‌گردد.

۳. به جایش LR/lc یا LR/nt یا LR/cd را به کاربرید.

منبع این ورودی را در |مرجع وضعیت= وارد کنید.

جهت نمایش داده شدن تصویر مربوط به وضعیت بقا (به نمونه‌های پایین بنگرید) باید کد مربوط به معیارهای استفاده شده توسط IUCN (مانند iucn2.3، iucn3.1 و ...) به پارامتر |سامانه وضعیت= وارد شود. اگر در این پارامتر مقدار iucn بدهید، خود الگو با توجه به کدی که در پارامتر |وضعیت= وارد کرده‌اید سامانه وضعیت را تشخیص می‌دهد. مقاله‌هایی که در آن‌ها وضعیت بقای جاندار در این جعبه ذکر شده‌است ولی به پارامتر |سامانه وضعیت= مقداری داده نشده‌است در این رده قرار می‌گیرند.

الگو بر اساس آنچه در این پارامترها وارد می‌شود مقاله را در رده‌های مربوط به وضعیت بقا قرار می‌دهد.

شاخه، دسته، و ...

شاخه، دسته و بخش، معانی متفاوتی در گیاه‌شناسی و جانورشناسی دارند:

در گیاه‌شناسی

• دسته همان طبقه آرایه‌شناختی بالای رده و زیر فرمانرو است، یعنی همسنگ شاخه در جانورشناسی.
• بخش همان طبقه آرایه‌شناختی بالای گونه و زیر سرده است.

در جانورشناسی

• شاخه همان طبقه آرایه‌شناختی بالای رده و زیر فرمانرو است، یعنی همسنگ دسته در گیاه‌شناسی.
• دسته جانوری همان طبقه آرایه‌شناختی بالای خانواده و زیر راسته است.
• بخش جانوری همان طبقه آرایه‌شناختی بالای خانواده و زیر راسته است.

خانواده و تیره

خانواده و تیره، در یک سطح طبقه‌بندی قرار دارند و معادل family (انگلیسی) و familia (لاتین) هستند، ولی خانواده کاربرد عمومی‌تری یافته‌است. تیره بیشتر دربارۀ گیاهان به کار می‌رود. به خاطر همین تفاوت است که پارامترهای جداگانه‌ای برای آن‌ها در الگو در نظر گرفته شده‌است.

طبقه‌های پایینتر

هنگامی که جعبه آرایه زیستی را برای یک طبقهٔ بالا (مثلاً مارها) تشکیل می‌دهیم و می‌خواهیم طبقه‌های پایینی آن را هم در جعبه نام ببریم، در جلوی پارامتر «عنوان طبقه‌های پایینتر =» عنوان آن طبقه‌ها (مثلاً، فرورده‌ها، زیرخانواده‌ها، زیرگونه‌ها و...) را می‌نویسیم تا در جلوی پارامتر «طبقه‌های پایینتر =»، از خود آن طبقه‌ها نام ببریم (مانند مارهای زنگی، افعی‌ها و...). برای آشنایی بیشتر، نمونه‌هایی که پایینتر آورده شده‌اند را بنگرید.

گونه‌گونی

در آرایه‌های بالاتر و آرایه‌هایی که پارامتر |طبقه‌های پایین‌تر= شمار گونه‌ها را بازنمی‌تاباند، از این پارامتر می‌توان بهره برد؛ به پارامتر |گونه‌گونی= تعداد گونه‌ها به |پیوند گونه‌گونی= عنوان مقاله‌ای که به آن گونه‌ها پرداخته‌است بدهید.
